Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an entity, firm, enterprise, or law practice) and LawKraft AI ("LawKraft", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing, creating an account, browsing, or utilizing the LawKraft web application, APIs, dashboard, or KraftAI intelligence suites, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. You represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login tokens, and API keys. You agree to notify LawKraft immediately at info@lawkraft.ai of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security. LawKraft is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

LawKraft provides an AI-augmented legal intelligence suite, including but not limited to:

• Automated legal research, Indian case law indexing, citation retrieval, and precedent matching across Supreme Court and High Courts.
• Drafting assistance, legal notice generation, petition outlining, and clause structuring.
• Case management, client tracking, court calendar scheduling, and automated reminders.
• Multi-agent legal query reasoning, document summarization, and OCR text extraction.

We continuously evolve our platform and reserve the right to update, modify, refine, or sunset any specific feature, model version, or user interface without prior notice.

All software, algorithms, user interfaces, branding, logos, trademarks, database architectures, and source code comprising LawKraft are the exclusive intellectual property of LawKraft AI and its licensors.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, LawKraft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your internal professional and business workflows.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, extracting source code, or copying proprietary AI prompts or algorithms.
• Automated scraping, bulk harvesting, or crawling of LawKraft databases or indexed judgments without written permission.
• Submitting false, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful content.
• Attempting to bypass security mechanisms, rate limits, or access controls.
• Reselling or white-labeling the service without an authorized enterprise partner agreement.

LawKraft offers a Free plan and paid Student and Standard plans for individual practitioners, and a Chamber plan for law firms that share a workspace across up to five lawyer seats under one firm admin. Current pricing and the usage limits attached to each plan are shown on the in-app Pricing and Plans pages and may change over time; the version shown there at the time of purchase or renewal governs your subscription. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or designated local currency and are non-refundable except where mandated by applicable law.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the billing date through your account dashboard or by writing to support.

LawKraft reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, while clauses relating to AI training licenses, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive.

Chamber plan cancellation or termination: if a firm admin's account on a Chamber plan is cancelled, deleted, or terminated, that firm's shared workspace is deactivated and every other lawyer seat in that firm is automatically moved to an individual Free plan. Cases, clients, and drafts already created under the firm remain accessible to the lawyers who worked on them; the firm loses only the shared Chamber seat pool and billing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LawKraft and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, litigation outcome, or court penalties arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LawKraft from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or reliance on generated legal materials.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
